Hatching Results with you at ISCA

Hatching Results, LLC, an educational consulting firm started in 2003 by Trish Hatch, PhD—the co-author of the ASCA National Model and an award-winning author in her own right—provides consultations, training, grant writing and program evaluation to support school counselors, administrators and school districts in designing, implementing, sustaining and improving their school counseling programs and fostering better outcomes for their students.

Lisa De Gregorio, director of operations for Hatching Results, will be on hand at ISCA's annual conference April 20 in the vendor exhibition area, networking with ISCA attendees and other vendors, and sharing information about the company’s services and resources, including the recent NSCLC conference. Signed copies of the newly released book, “Hatching Results for Elementary School Counseling: Implementing Core Curriculum and other Tier One Activities,” co-authored by Dr. Hatch, Danielle Duarte and Lisa De Gregorio, will be available for purchase.

Serving as an introduction to the new book, members of the team will also conduct a workshop at ISCA, called “Tear-Free Tier 1 for School Counselors: Getting Started with Core Curriculum,” co-presented by De Gregorio and Whitney Triplett, a school counseling specialist with Chicago Public Schools and a part-time trainer/consultant with Hatching Results.

The session will introduce the new ASCA-aligned Multi-Tiered, Multi-Domain System of Supports (MTMDSS) for school counselors with a specific focus on the implementation of comprehensive school counseling core curriculum classroom lessons and activities for all students.

In 2018, the Hatching Results has continued to expand its team, mission and reach. Amidst delivering comprehensive training and site visits at various districts around the country, Hatching Results also recently held its inaugural National School Counseling Leadership Conference (NSCLC) March 5 and 6, in Costa Mesa, California.

Created for school counseling directors, coordinators and school administrators, the conference and its workshops were specifically geared to those who provide the vital leadership, collaboration and advocacy to ensure successful implementation of comprehensive, data-driven school counseling programs at the school, district, and county or state levels, to benefit all students.

Organizers of this ground-breaking conference recognize the importance of connecting school counseling leaders and administrators with their peers to collaborate and gain knowledge about national trends, best practices and solutions; yet historically, there have been limited opportunities available to do so.

Due to the overwhelmingly positive response from sold-out conference attendees, the second annual NSCLC is already scheduled March 4–5, 2019, in a larger venue located in San Diego. Visit hatchingresults.com/nsclc for more details and registration coming soon!
